Based in Newark, CA, Lạc Coffee caters events throughout the greater Bay Area, including Fremont, Union City, Hayward, Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Mateo, Oakland, and San Francisco. Outside this area? Ask on the request form — we'll confirm availability and any travel fee.

How far in advance do I need to book catering?
Drop-off orders need at least 48 hours' notice. On-site bar bookings (On-Tap Cart, Matcha Bar, Full Lạc Bar) need at least 2 weeks' notice.
What's included in every order?
Every drink includes one house-made cream topping, your choice of whole, oat, or almond milk at no extra charge, and our branded cups, lids, and napkins. On-site bookings include setup, teardown, and two baristas minimum.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 30 drinks for drop-off orders, and a 2-hour minimum for on-site bar bookings. We'll confirm exact pricing with your quote.
Do you cater weddings and private events?
Yes. The Matcha Bar and Full Lạc Bar formats are built for weddings, showers, and receptions — hand-whisked matcha and phin coffee served on-site as a quiet, photo-ready alternative to a standard dessert or drinks table.
Is on-site catering available on Saturdays?
On-site bar bookings are not available on Saturdays. Drop-off orders may be available with manager approval.
